Warranty and Returns
Part Replacement Warranty
The part replacement warranty is for hardware only, we will replace any part in the agreed period should it fail so long as it has not been physically damaged.
If a like for like replacement part is not available an alternative part of an equal level may be used. (i.e. a MSI GTX 1080 8gb Graphics card may be replaced with a ASUS GTX 1080 8gb Graphics card or an Asus Z490 motherboard may be replaced with a Gigabyte Z490 motherboard).
It is the buyers responsibility to return the PC in it's entirety as sold for any repair. Repairs may take up to 7 days.

We do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss including but not limited to the loss of property or data should a gaming computer fail.

Always back up important information on to a separate hard drive and never leave your computer powered on and unattended.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will enjoy you're new gaming PC and will get many hours of entertainment with it. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the PC or if it does not meet your expectations we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase so long as the PC and the packaging are in the exact condition of sale.

If the PC or Box are damaged in any way or if you have opened up the PC casing returns will not be accepted.
